Room hire & dining options

- ★FREE room hire schemeThe £60 fee is completely waived when your group's buffet order totals £300.00 or more.
- ☀Early morning openings (before 12 noon)Morning meetings, breakfast events or early wakes: £25.00 per hour out-of-hours staffing charge before midday.
- 🍽Main bar menu diningPrefer no buffet? Groups of 10+ require a full food pre-order at least 7 days before your booking.
Booking terms
- 15Minimum group sizeBuffet packages are for bookings of 15 or more guests.

- 7Final balanceFinal numbers confirmed and balance paid 7 days before the event.
- 48Cancellations48+ hours' notice forfeits the deposit; within 48 hours is non-refundable (food prep & staffing).

Corkage
Bringing a special bottle to celebrate? We're happy to accommodate wine, sparkling wine and Champagne under our standard corkage policy.

What does corkage cover?
Full commercial chilling and storage of your bottles before arrival, clean table glassware (wine glasses and flutes), professional table service during your event, and all glass clearing, washing and breakage cover. Corkage applies to wine and sparkling products only – all spirits, beers, ciders and soft drinks must be purchased from the main bar. Outside bottles must be handed to staff on arrival.
